Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Northern California — about a three-hour radius of Sacramento. Delivery to your pad is included in the price, and if a crane is needed for access, that cost is simply passed through.
How does delivery work?
Your BirdieHouse is built off-site, delivered fully constructed, and set in place on your prepared pad. No construction crew in your yard, no weeks of noise — just a clean, professional placement.
What kind of foundation do I need?
A level pad. Concrete is ideal, but we’ll place it wherever you want as long as the surface is level. If your pad is within four inches of level, we’ll shim as needed. Major grading or digging isn’t included.
Do I need a permit?
Permitting depends on your local jurisdiction. It’s up to the homeowner to confirm and obtain any required permits.
What kind of power setup is required?
The BirdieHouse arrives fully wired with internal outlets and lighting already installed. Your electrician simply provides a single dedicated 220V line from your home’s panel to the BirdieHouse connection point. Once that’s connected, all built-in 110V outlets, HVAC, and lighting inside the unit are ready to go.
Who connects the power?
Your licensed electrician handles the final 220V connection from your house to the BirdieHouse.
Is the BirdieHouse climate-controlled?
Yes. Every BirdieHouse includes a dedicated mini-split HVAC system for heating and cooling, so you can play year-round.
How is the structure built?
Each BirdieHouse is engineered in California to meet state wind and seismic standards. It’s a true structural build, not a converted garage or backyard shed.
Can I use my existing golf simulator?
Absolutely. The BirdieHouse is compatible with all major systems including TrackMan, Foresight, SkyTrak+, Uneekor, FlightScope, and Garmin. Bring your setup or bundle one through us.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. BirdieHouse partners with Enhancify, a trusted home-improvement financing network. You can check your loan options in minutes with no impact on your credit score.
How soundproof is it?
The insulated envelope significantly reduces noise. While not fully “soundproof,” it’s designed to keep the peace — you can hit balls without disturbing the rest of the house.
